A Postpartum Community for the First Six Months
Join The Postpartum Village
The Postpartum Village was created from the understanding that support alone is not always enough. What many mothers are missing is guidance that feels aligned, especially when it comes to infant sleep and the early relational foundation between mother and baby.
Rather than encouraging early independence or rigid routines, this approach centers responsiveness, co-regulation, and nurturing sleep in the earliest months.
the postpartum village is…
A 12-Week Virtual Gathering Space For Mothers Up To Six Months Postpartum
This modern-day village offers a space for education, shared experience, and meaningful connection around cosleeping, breastfeeding, and maternal and infant mental health.
Together, we explore these early months through a high-nurture, attachment-informed lens, bridging neuroscience with maternal wisdom and honoring the lived experience of motherhood.
The next Postpartum Village gathering Begins July 2026.
