40 Days of Personalized Postpartum Support

So many new mothers enter postpartum wondering: Is this normal? Am I doing this right? Why isn’t my baby sleeping? Why won’t my baby stop crying? How do I know what my baby needs?

The early weeks come with an enormous learning curve, from feeding and sleep to understanding your baby’s cues and knowing what is developmentally normal.

Having the right education, guidance, and support in place from the beginning can help you move through these questions with confidence, so instead of looking back and thinking, I wish I had known, you feel prepared to understand and care for your baby.

This is a postpartum doula experience designed to help you understand and connect with your baby while navigating feeding, sleep, infant development, and your own transition into motherhood.

Newborn sleeping peacefully in a crib during a daytime nap.

My approach to infant sleep is rooted in attachment, nurture neuroscience, and biologically normal infant development. Rather than sleep training or rigid schedules, I help you understand your baby’s cues, create healthy sleep foundations, and confidently respond to your baby’s needs.

I am a postpartum doula who prioritizes keeping mother & baby together.

I support families through the early postpartum period with a focus on mother-baby connection, attachment, feeding, and responsive sleep (helping mothers get the rest and support they need without routinely separating them from their baby.)
