A Modern Village for the First Six Months
Welcome to…
The Postpartum Village
We are celebrated and held during pregnancy. But what happens after birth?
Too often, the support fades just as a mother needs it most. What mothers need is a village that cares for her, so she can rest, regulate, sleep, and nourish her baby with confidence.
The most important thing for babies is to be deeply nurtured. Their nervous systems are shaped through connection and co-regulation. When mothers are supported and regulated, they can offer the calm presence that allows their babies to feel safe and thrive. I believe that breastfeeding and cosleeping are two essential pillars that support this regulation during infancy.
Infancy is a short and sensitive window of time when babies are building their brains and parents have the opportunity to rewire their own. You deserve the support that allows you to be present for this time and truly relish it…
rather than struggle through it alone.

Meet Rachel
Motherhood made me a new woman yet guided me back to myself at the same time.
After the birth of my son, I became deeply aware of how much support mothers truly need in the early months postpartum. Information was everywhere, yet nurturing support, specifically for sleep, was not. Many women are not without help, but are left navigating conflicting advice, especially around sleep, feeding, and how to respond to their baby in those earliest months. After studying psychology at American University, I became a Women’s Health and Wellness Coach, helping women who were overcoming infertility and endometriosis. Shortly after I had my son, I struggled with getting him to sleep and did not feel aligned with any of the “independent sleep” advice I was receiving. I became a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, which led me to walking alongside mothers and babies with my own. To deepen my understanding of the entire maternal journey, I am currently pursuing certification as a Birth Doula, allowing me to support mothers more fully across pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months.
More than credentials, I am a mother who longed for a village rooted in nurture and regulation, centered around attachment and responsive parenting. So I built one.
This space is for mothers who:
Want newborn sleep support without sleep training
Are breastfeeding or hoping to breastfeed
Believe nurture is powerful, not indulgent
Value long-term brain health over short-term convenience
This is not just a village, it is a space rooted in responsive, nurturing approaches to sleep, feeding, and the mother-baby relationship.
